The Studio, Spillers Lane, Clonakilty, is a space that facilitates Breathwork, Yoga, Pilates, Acupuncture, Somatic Experiencing, & other modalities and events.

Our local and visiting teachers are dedicated to facilitating and holding safe space in the most welcoming and inclusive way . The Studio is held by me - Bairbre. I am from Clonakilty and made the move back to Clonakilty in 2018, having lived away and traveled extensively. I have learned, enjoyed, and immersed myself in different modalities of healing, people and plant medicines and I am privileged to be able to share this work in West Cork.
